The ideal introduction to ski touring
"If you take one step, the next will follow." Ski touring is one of the most beautiful winter sports and provides an ideal way to discover nature away from the slopes. In our full-day course for beginners, our experienced guides will introduce you to ski touring step by step. Your safety is our top priority at all times.
What you can expect
- Introduction to ascending and descending on touring skis.
- Explanation of different types of ascent and techniques (such as hairpin bends).
- Basics of snow and avalanche awareness.
- Introduction to avalanche victim search (avalanche transceiver training).
- Up to 5 % online discount.
When & where?
- Every Friday from 13.12.2024
- Start: 9:30
- Meeting point: Ski school office
- Duration: approx. 4 - 5 hours
Procedure
- Minimum number of participants: 3 people
- 3 days before the start of the course, you'll receive an invitation to our customer portal. There you'll find your digital course ticket and all the information about the course you have booked.
- The start times are individually coordinated depending on the weather situation
Lift pass & ski equipment
- Lift pass and ski equipment are not included in the course price
- Avalanche equipment is included (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe, rucksack)
