Group snowboard lessons for children
In small groups and tailored to each skill level – Little Shredders, Shred Heads and Young Guns – the kids experience varied days in the snow. From their first balance on the board to controlled turns and their first jumps. Our snowboard courses not only promote riding skills, but also confidence, body awareness and team spirit – perfect for young riders who love the snow and want to try something new.

Little Shredders Beginner Course
You’ll learn the most important basic snowboarding techniques. With high-quality Blue Tomato Rent-your-ride equipment and under the guidance of our certified snowboard instructors, you’ll make your first turns on our secured beginner slope.
Course goal: Drift turn
Shred Heads Intermediate Course
Want cool rides on the slope or in the terrain, intensive technique training, and your first freestyle tricks? Then our full-day intermediate course is just right for you. In small groups, you’ll work specifically on your technique and make great progress toward becoming a shred pro.
Course goals: Drift turn, edge turn, and first exercises for carving turns
Young Guns Pro Course
For advanced snowboarders: the pro course deepens your technique and takes you to the next level. Learn carving, your first freestyle tricks, and get ready for red slopes and off-piste (freeride) adventures. Perfect for those who want more!
Course goals: Riding every slope, controlled drift turns, carving turns, and freestyle tricks
Course times
- Sunday to Friday: 10:00 – 12:00 (half-day)
- Sunday to Friday: 10:00 – 15:00 (full-day)
- January 1: regular operations
Meeting point at 09:45 am
- The meeting point for all levels is at our meeting area between the Kirchbühellift and Sonnenlift 1.
- The meeting point is marked with blue Blue Tomato beach flags.
Rental & Lift pass
- Participants receive 10% off rental equipment from Blue Tomato.
- Rental and lift pass are not included.
- Beginners are advised to get a points card.
Family bonus
- 2nd family member onward: €20 discount per person (valid for courses of at least 4 days).

- Little Shredders: Sunday & Monday
- Shred Heads and Young Guns: daily (Sunday to Friday or on request)
- Christmas holidays: additional course for beginners starting on 26 December 2025
First Day Procedure
- Groups are pre-assigned based on booking details.
- If your level is misjudged, you’ll be moved to the right group immediately.
- Please arrive early at the meeting point on the first day.
