Equipment - tips

Success of learning is closely attributed to equipment.
With good equipment everyone can enjoy skiing.
Nowadays sports shops mostly only stock carving skiis.

Whether it be:

Recommendations for beginners:

• Children chin height, no poles
• Adults shoulder height with poles, 
     or shorter ones from 80 - 120 cm - change on second day 
  For advanced according to ability 
     ladies 160 - 180 cm
     men 170 - 190 cm
     the radius is from 12 - 20 m, 
     according to steepness, longer or shorter turns.
  
  Most important are the ski boots. Theses should be bought or hired from a sports shop. For more information see under links..

Please don't forget:
Suitable, warm winter clothing and sun glasses  - for children as well as adults.
